About Andréa

Andrea, the daughter of an Italian immigrant mother and Mexican American father, was raised on a working ranch in Orange County, California. "Farm to table was a way of life. My parents grew it, canned it, and butchered it because there should be no compromise regarding quality." She would later spend over a decade honing her craft in the rich Loire Valley in France.

With a certification in Advanced Culinary Arts and projects with renowned locals such as Masterchef Pascal Olhats, Andrea blends her journey to create highly interactive cooking experiences, intimate gatherings, and provisions from her kitchen.

She says, "Ultimately, it's all about quality ingredients over convenience, passing on processes and stories, and gathering around the table."
